Best immigrant award

The canadian RBC Royal Bank is throwing the best immigrant award ! This will be the 8th annual RBC Top 25 Canadian Immigrant Awards program, which is presented by Canadian Immigrant magazine.

These prestigious awards are about shining a light on inspirational stories of immigrants to Canada. It recognizes inspiring immigrants who have come to Canada, achieved success and made a positive difference living here. Whether it’s a community advocate or volunteer, a successful entrepreneur or a cultural icon, this is the first Canadian national award program that recognizes immigrants’ achievements from all walks of life The awards have seen winners from all walks of life, from entrepreneurs to artists to community volunteers.

Anyone who has immigrated to Canada, who is 14 or older, and who has contributed to Canada by making a positive difference to the country can participate. Nominees must hold landed immigrant (Permanent Resident) or citizen status in Canada, and must reside in Canada.

By recognizing Canada’s top immigrants we are providing an entire nation of immigrants with such positive examples. The selected 25 immigrants will inspire and motivate all immigrants as they establish their new life and home in Canada.

Each nomination was inspiring and deserving which made it a challenging task to narrow it down to a shortlist of 75 finalists. From now, it’s people choice to reward 25 immigrant among those 75.
