Retired nurse donate $100,000 to P.E.I.’s Charlottetown Hospital
A Canadian couple decided to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary in an unusual way this year. Bosovich and her husband, Sandy, are marking their anniversary through a $100,000 endowment fund for the purchase of medical equipment for the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Charlottetown.
Neither of them has ever been a patient in this hospital but several of her relatives have received quality care at the hospital. Also, Donalda believes the donation will have a significant impact in this key facility in her home province.
In recognition of the generous endowment, the Sandy and Donalda (MacTavish) Bosovich Endowment will be added to the QEH Foundation donor wall located in the main lobby of the hospital.
